The Sales Supervisor (F/T) supports store management and performs assigned tasks, stepping into leadership roles in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. They lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
• Inspiring and guiding staff to achieve targets
• Ensuring customer service standards are met
• Acting as a liaison between customers, staff, and management
• Assisting with store operations like merchandising and inventory management
• Performing flexible duties outside primary role when needed
Requirements include:
• 2-3 years retail experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
