The Store Support Lead supports store leadership and associates with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily functions and excellent customer service.
- Responsible for payroll, scheduling, cash handling, supply orders, and maintaining communication using company tools.
- Assists with associate onboarding, maintaining work areas, and managing in-store technology devices.
- Executes operational tasks, monitors training and audits, and participates in cross-training across departments.
- Acts with integrity, fosters teamwork, and demonstrates strong customer service and operational standards.
- Maintains safety policies, accurate pricing, and proper signage, while supporting store goals.
- Requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and a minimum age of 18; retail experience is preferred.
Pay starts at $16.65.
