We offer full-time positions throughout Maryland with a starting annual salary of $75,000-$85,000. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment and behavior plans, supervising therapists, analyzing data, and ensuring progress and caregiver involvement.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in relevant fields, BCBA and LBA certification, at least one year of supervised ABA experience, and strong organizational skills. Physical abilities such as traveling, climbing stairs, lifting 10 pounds, and floor activities are necessary.
