Schedule: Monday-Friday, varies based on programming needs, variable hours
Compensation: $28.50–$44.03 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Therapist
- Provide direct and indirect clinical services to youth in a crisis stabilization setting
- Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Maintain a clinical caseload and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary treatment teams, and community partners
- Participate in family-team meetings and permanency planning
- Coordinate with courts, state agencies, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care
- Support safe transitions to aftercare and community-based services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
