We are seeking Gaming Support or Midway Techs responsible for maintaining and repairing games, simulators, and technical equipment to ensure a fun and smooth guest experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, repairing amusements, and managing game areas.
- Perform routine maintenance, stocking, and organization of the tech room and merchandise areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the midway and game zones.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, managing guest needs and issues promptly.
- Support inventory, setup, and promotional displays to enhance guest engagement.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, and weekends, with physical requirements such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
