Work involves irregular 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, often outdoors and around heavy equipment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, knowledge of oil and gas operations, with 1+ years of gas plant experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license with no restrictions is necessary, and travel is minimal (0-10%).
