General Contractor

We are seeking a General Contractor to join our dynamic team at Secure Home Field Services LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in property preservation or a similar role
• Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, window and door installation, lock changes, grass cutting, flooring, and other property-related work.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform the Job according to the Job Scope.
• Follow the vendor manager's instructions strictly and keep them updated about your work while you are at the site.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• You should have your own vehicle and tools.
• Must have a Valid driver’s license.
