**Job Title:** General Laborer

**Pay Rate:** $10 - $12 per hour (this is starting pay, potential for increase after you learn the skill)

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Assist with the installation of overhead garage doors for commercial buildings.
- Utilize basic construction tools, including wrenches, tape measures, and other hand tools.
- Support the construction team with general labor tasks on job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn and apply trade-specific skills related to garage door installation.
- Navigate and operate effectively on active construction sites.

**Requirements:**

- Must be a local candidate (no travelers, no per diem).
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, including measuring and using hand tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
