Tap Ins at the Greenhouse is more than just a venue - it’s a destination where food, fun, and community come together across 3.5 acres of mini golf, a chef-driven beer garden, and vibrant social experiences. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader who will own the full operation and help build one of Kansas City’s most unique hospitality destinations. What You’ll Do

  • Operate the business with an owner’s mindset — constantly improving guest experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and team performance.
  • Own the full Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive revenue across golf, food & beverage, events, and merchandise.
  • Aggressively manage food, beverage, and labor costs to hit or exceed targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a large team (up to 200+ staff) while building a positive, accountable, and guest-obsessed culture rooted in our Core Values.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through Big Hellos & Big Goodbyes, the Three R’s, Never Say No, and our high hospitality standards.
  • Create and execute memorable programming, events, leagues, and activations that make Tap Ins the place people choose to be.
  • Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence on the floor during service and peak times.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume hospitality or experiential venues.
  • Experience managing large teams (100–200+ employees).
  • Proven success running a multi-revenue venue up to $3.5M+ annually.
  • Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency with Toast POS, Sling scheduling, and Restaurant365 (R365) preferred.
  • High energy, hands-on leadership style, and availability for nights, weekends, and peak periods.
  • A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating fun, memorable moments.
