Position Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the business including but not limited to sales, cost controls, regulatory control, guest service and customer satisfaction, building safety & maintenance, quality control, recruiting, employee retention, training and safety.  Knowing and enforcing policies and procedures and adhering, coaching and teaching to all best practices.

Minimum Qualifications and Characteristics:

  1. Full Time Position; Be available to work varied days and hours
  2. Previous General Manager Experience
  3. Serv Safe Certfification
  4. Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
  5. Makes decisions and solve problems.
  6. Cool and calm under pressure.
  7. Has integrity and honesty.
  8. Leads by example.
  9. Holds people accountable.
  10. Results focused.
  11. Self starting.
  12. Demonstrates active listening and is receptive to ideas.
  13. Processes and analyzes information effectively.
  14. Guides, delegates, gives positive and negative feedback, and trains.
  15. Maintains relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  16. Must be at least 18 years of age 
  17. Must have reliable transportation to work.
  18. Must be able to obtain proper uniform, including black non-slip shoes 
  19. Must have proof to legally work in the United States
