The Global Compensation Manager leads the design, development, and administration of compensation programs, with a focus on executive pay, across multiple regions. They collaborate with senior leaders, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and governance compliance. Key responsibilities include supporting compensation strategy, benchmarking, incentive plan management, executive offers, and board materials. The role involves partnering on M&A due diligence, developing disclosures, and advising on pay decisions. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of global compensation experience, strong stakeholder skills, and expertise in executive pay and governance. Certification in CCP, CECP, CEP, or GRP is preferred.
