The Global Email Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of global email marketing programs. This role includes planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining effective email marketing campaigns to promote Keysight’s products and services, drive customer engagement and loyalty, increase revenue, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will also improve the organization of current assets and enhance the segmentation strategy to adapt to account-based marketing and shift/update current campaigns to behavior-based approaches.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and the customer journey.
- Lead the creation of the email marketing roadmap, including campaign calendars, automation workflows, and growth initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for all email marketing activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure email marketing efforts support broader marketing initiatives.
Program Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from conception to deployment and analysis.
- Direct the development of segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks.
- Manage email marketing platforms and automation tools (Eloqua).
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Monitor key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholder communications.
- Use data insights to refine targeting, content, and deployment strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the Global Email Marketing team.
- Establish processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and output quality.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Provide training and guidance on email marketing best practices.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Organize assets in support of email in Eloqua, including Segments, Image Assets, Campaigns, Landing Pages, and Emails.
- Implement and optimize triggered email programs and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all email communications.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Track and improve deliverability rates and list health.
- Maintain and clean email lists to ensure optimal deliverability.
- Implement technical best practices for email rendering across devices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in campaigns and messaging marketing, preferably in a global role.
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms and automation tools (Eloqua experience preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Knowledge of email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
