Our Global Field Support team is seeking a highly skilled Field Maintenance Supervisor to support our Stryker operations at JBLM, WA and in South Korea. Ideal candidate is able to travel CONUS and OCONUS. Select candidate will do a 9 month rotation in South Korea.

Position Responsibilities:

Supervise a workforce of direct hire and contractor personnel, scheduling of manpower, work load, and priorities to support business requirements.
Direct the maintenance steps to accomplish repairs including disassembling, removing and replacing worn/ damaged/defective part(s), adjusting, reassembling, testing, and using applicable technical documentation.
Engage in constant communication with customer (internal and external), management, and personnel to ensure requirements Supervise a workforce are met in a timely manner.
Complete maintenance and administrative forms, reports and other paperwork related to performance of duties.
Perform individual and collective counseling to employees on a regular basis
Maintain 100% accountability of assigned equipment; to include preparing and submitting property loss reports as required for damaged or lost equipment.
Participate in logistics meetings and provide insight for paths forward in support rendered
Direct support to all on call US government contractual requirements
Oversee supply and property assets in support of great Global Field Support team.
Mentor newly graduated Field Services Representatives and support placement on assignment.
Supervise onboarding of all newly hired Global Field Support personnel and oversee their placement into the appropriate hierarchy.
Assist in movement of personnel worldwide based on contractual requirements in support of all Global Field Support operations.
Maintain calibration; ensure all equipment requiring calibration are maintained in a mission ready status.
Manage assets to ensure supplies are issued in a manner that will cause a continuous flow of material as required
Supervise repair/supply activities in order to streamline flow of materials to workforce
Ensure continuous improvement and compliance to ISO, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Lean Six Sigma, and Whole Systems Business Model, (WSBM).
Supervise vehicle De-processing, fleet maintenance requirements or repair operations IAW established processes and procedures.
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
Must have 3 to 5 years related work experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
Associates degree from an accredited school in a related business or technical discipline required.
Experience directly related to position such as leading/supervising personnel in a maintenance environment, strong hands-on experience in fielding operations is required.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate (verbal and written).
Strong supervisory skills, with ability to teach, coach, mentor and identify/ develop talent.
Candidates should be able to obtain and maintain a US Passport/Visa, and a corporate credit card for travel purposes.
Computer literate, must be capable of using MS suite of Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Should be familiar with web access/internet connections, Lotus Notes is desirable.
Ability to manage electronic files, archive, and retrieve upon request.
Travel to remote CONUS/OCONUS locations on short notice to support operations for long or short-term durations.
Must meet and maintain ASR requirements.
Must be able to successfully pass and maintain NACI background to obtain CAC (common access card).
FSR certification is preferred, but not required.
Active Secret Security clearance preferred, but not required.

Position Salary Range: New hires generally start between $79,799 and $90,000 per year. Applicant's placement within the range is based on qualifications and professional experience. The full salary range for the position is between $79,799 and $132,998 per year.

Position Incentive: Hired applicant will be able to receive an annual bonus.

Employees are also eligible to receive 6.66 hours of vacation per month, 80 hours of sick/personal time per year and 6-13 paid holidays each year depending on business circumstances and the applicable holiday schedule for that year.
