Graduate Town Planner\n\nBirmingham\n\nPenguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join an award-winning, leading Town Planning Consultancy!\n\nWe are seeking applications from candidates with an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field of study. We encourage applications from candidates who are enthusiastic and highly motivated with a strategic approach to problem solving! We are looking for a Graduate who is well organised with a high attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and leadership potential!\n\nAs a planning Graduate you will be expected to prepare planning appraisals, undertake research and analysis, prepare planning applications, contribute to the preparation/editing of Design and Access Statements, Sustainability Statements, and other planning documents.
