We are hiring a full-time Guest Service Representative earning up to $20/hour for a boutique hotel located in historic Old Town Alexandria.
As the first in-person contact, you will serve as a brand ambassador by welcoming, checking in/out guests, and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities include handling reservations, answering guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, maintaining communication, and ensuring safety protocols.
Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and prior hospitality experience preferred. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and follow safety procedures.
