We are hiring immediately for part-time Guest Services Agent positions at a conference center and inn in Ashland, MA.
Schedule varies between 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, including weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but training is provided.
Pay rate is $18.00/hour, with free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.
Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, managing reservations, resolving guest issues, promoting hotel services, handling payments, and assisting with inquiries.
