We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office team.
Responsibilities include greeting, registering, and checking guests in/out efficiently and courteously, handling reservations and payments accurately, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), prior hospitality or customer service experience, and basic computer skills. Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and a professional, friendly demeanor are essential.
