Seeking a motivated Front Desk/Guest Service Agent at a Miami Brickell hotel with pay of $16-$18/hr plus bonuses.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in/out, handling reservations, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, processing payments, assisting with luggage, and promoting hotel amenities.
Requirements: strong communication and customer service skills, organizational ability, multi-tasking, computer proficiency, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, previous hospitality experience, high school diploma, fluency in English (additional languages a plus), and experience with Hilton OnQ PMS is preferred.
Must be hands-on, organized, and able to work at the front desk. Paid training provided. A $500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified OnQ-certified applicants.
