This position manages all aspects of a collegiate sport program, including practice planning, game prep, recruiting, budgeting, team travel, equipment, staff supervision, academic monitoring, fundraising, and community engagement.
Responsibilities include training, scouting, recruiting, supporting student-athlete well-being, enforcing conduct standards, coordinating schedules, and mentoring staff.
Qualifications require a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), collegiate playing and coaching experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and knowledge of NCAA and conference regulations.
Must work flexible hours, travel, and pass background checks. Physical ability to demonstrate skills and move around campus is necessary.
Reports to the Assistant Director of Athletics and supervises coaches, student-athletes, and staff.
