Minimum: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or related field with equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development.
Preferred: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or a related field with focus on infant and toddler development.
Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.
Two years of infant/toddler teaching experience or two years within a NC licensed 5-star child care facility/program. Early Head Start/Head Start experience preferred.
