Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Architect position include:
- 10-12 years of architectural experience, with a strong preference for healthcare project experience.
- Licensed Architect preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure with an NCARB Record will also be considered; Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office, and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to manage client relationships, coordinate with consultants, and mentor junior staff.
- Experience developing functional, aesthetically pleasing designs based on client needs.
- Ability to produce construction documents and prepare renderings for client presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for the employee, a safe harbor 401(k) with a 3% contribution (no employee match required), negotiable PTO and sick time, 10 holidays (9 standard + 1 floating holiday), paid licensure exams, and hybrid work with 1 day from home (plus an additional day with prior approval). Summer hours are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with a 4-hour Friday schedule.
