Seeking a Helicopter Pilot (Instructor) at Fort Rucker, Alabama, to provide UH-72 flight training. No military aviation or UH-72 qualification required.
Since 1989, our organization has trained over 1,200 students annually, delivering classroom and hands-on flight instruction across 40,000+ square miles with an excellent safety record.
Responsibilities include teaching, coaching, and mentoring student pilots, emphasizing safety.
Minimum qualifications: FAA or ICAO pilot and instructor certificates with rotorcraft ratings, 1,500+ flight hours (including 75+ night hours), 500 instructor hours, and certification in instrument flight training. NVG qualification and 200+ NVG hours preferred. Must hold a current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
Compensation is approximately $55.85/hour, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, educational reimbursement, and more.
