Provide computer hardware, software, and networking support
Answer end-user desktop computing questions via telephone and in-person
Participate in special departmental technical projects
Perform other job-related duties as required
Continuously update ticket database system
Create users
Image network machines

Minimum Requirements: Please include degree requirements as well as years of experience.
BA Degree
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Knowledge of networking and TCP/IP protocols
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with a variety of software applications


Work remotely as needed
