We are seeking a Hiring & Training Coordinator to support multiple UPS Store locations across Long Island.

The role involves

  • developing and managing recruitment processes, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
  • coordinating ongoing training programs, maintaining training materials, and tracking employee development
  • serving as a communication link between management and staff to ensure smooth hiring and training operations

  • Qualifications include 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or training roles, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with relevant tech tools, and a growth-oriented mindset.
