At Ancora Home Health & Hospice we are expanding our Home Health & Hospice Teams and are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Speech Therapistwho shares our desire to make healthcare better for everyone.

COMPENSATION: $105,000- $115,000

STATUS: Full-Time

SCHEDULE: Schedule Flexibility M-F 8am - 5pm

LOCATION: Anchorage & Wasilla Areas

Job Summary

• Provide quality patient care including screening and evaluation of patients, and development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care
• Maintain professional conduct that represents Ancora's commitment to quality service in all interactions with patients, family members, and facilities
• Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients by providing, and directing speech therapy
• Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short-term treatment goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Current Licensed, registered of Certified in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
• Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
• Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
• Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
• Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)
