We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Home Healthcare General Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our home healthcare services, ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. You will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care in the comfort of our patients' homes.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of our home healthcare services, ensuring we deliver high-quality care to our patients.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, improve patient satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.
3. Manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous learning.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining meticulous records and preparing for audits as necessary.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote our services and establish partnerships.
6. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training to ensure we maintain a high standard of care.
7. Manage the budget, making cost-effective decisions to ensure the sustainability of our services.
8. Address any patient complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, taking steps to prevent similar issues in the future.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in home healthcare, implementing innovative practices to improve our services.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare.
3. Extensive knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance.
4. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
5. Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, with a focus on improving patient care and achieving business objectives.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and address patient concerns effectively.
7. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and other relevant technology.
8. A genuine passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
