Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk/Host, providing a welcoming first impression and ensuring guests enjoy an exciting experience with food, drinks, and games.
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, manage reservations, game rentals, and merchandise sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk, restock supplies, and conduct inventory.
- Support team members by managing table flow, bussing, and ensuring prompt service.
- Handle transactions accurately, process "To Go" orders, and sell merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff, responding calmly to concerns.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing and moving frequently, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
Preferred experience includes restaurant, retail, or cashier roles. Must be at least 16 years old, neat, professional, and able to articulate well in English. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and free games. Salary ranges from $10.70 to $12.20 per hour.
