We are hiring a Host Home Provider as an independent contractor to support individuals with intellectual, developmental, mental health, and substance use challenges in a home setting.
Responsibilities include understanding each person's needs and goals, supporting daily activities, meal preparation, respecting preferences and culture, facilitating social and community engagement, managing transportation, ensuring safety, and documenting services.
Support and training are provided by the organization, including crisis assistance, behavioral interventions, and supervision. Compensation is based on individual needs.
