You can own or rent your home and provide support, daily care, and a family environment. You must be willing to allow staff visits, camera monitoring, and follow person-centered plans. Qualifications include experience with personal care and IDD individuals, use of adaptive equipment, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and relevant training.
