This position involves greeting and seating guests promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience, and handling guest remittance accurately.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members and guests.
- Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival and seat them promptly.
- Rotate stations to maintain service quality.
- Address guest complaints, inquire about their experience, and encourage return visits.
- Handle cash responsibly, perform cash register duties, and make cash drops per policies.
- Answer phones, take messages, and process To Go orders.
- Maintain guest checks, manage waiting lists, and ensure restroom cleanliness.
- Clear and reset tables, clean dining and service areas, and follow cleaning schedules.
- Adhere to uniform and appearance standards and complete additional tasks as assigned.
