Host/Hostess

This role involves warmly greeting guests, opening doors, and inspecting tables for presentation.
When on wait, record guest info via the NoWait App and inform them of wait times, notifying when their table is ready.
Accommodate seating requests and engage in friendly conversation during seating.
Upon seating, offer menus and introduce servers.
Handle food items like chips and salsa, thank guests upon departure, and invite them back.
Attend all team meetings.

• No prior restaurant experience required but preferred.
• Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Maintain excellent hygiene and grooming habits.
• Physical demands include constant standing/walking, occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, and frequent use of speech and vision.
