This position is customer service-focused, responsible for greeting, seating, and thanking guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Greet and seat guests warmly, assist with guest flow, and manage the waitlist.
- Engage with guests, respond to requests, and promote upselling.
- Maintain cleanliness through side work and restaurant upkeep, including restrooms and dining areas.
- Operate basic equipment like phones, electronic devices, and cleaning tools.
- Occasionally deliver food and drinks or serve in specific settings.
- Follow safety protocols and handle physical tasks such as lifting and mobility required throughout shifts.
Minimum qualifications include a friendly demeanor, age 16+, good communication skills, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team. Physical demands involve standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The role involves fast-paced conditions with some outdoor exposure and minimal travel.
