- Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members and guests.
- Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival, seat them promptly, and rotate stations for quality service.
- Address guest complaints, inquire about their experience, thank them, and encourage return visits.
- Handle cash responsibly, perform register readings, make cash drops, and manage To Go orders.
- Maintain guest checks in order, manage waiting lists, and ensure cleanliness of restrooms, tables, chairs, and floors.
- Perform cleaning tasks per schedule, adhere to uniform standards, and complete additional tasks as assigned.
