This position involves greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously to enhance their dining experience.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members and guests.
- Greet guests within 30 seconds of entry and seat them promptly.
- Rotate seating stations to ensure quality service.
- Handle guest complaints, inquire about their experience, thank guests, and invite them to return.
- Manage cash accurately, perform cash drops, and handle register readings and reports.
- Answer phones, take messages, and process To Go orders.
- Maintain guest checks, waiting lists, and cleanliness of restrooms and tables.
- Perform cleaning duties and adhere to uniform standards.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
