Host/Hostess - Mobile

This position involves greeting guests, seating them, and presenting menus in a friendly and professional manner.

• Greets and seats guests, manages waitlists, and provides accurate wait times
• Maintains cleanliness and organization at the host area
• Answers phone inquiries and assists with reservations and to-go orders
• Monitors table status and ensures a positive dining experience
• Performs routine cleaning of restrooms and entrance areas
• Uses computer software for reservations and POS transactions
• Interacts courteously with guests throughout their visit
• 
  The role requires strong customer focus, communication, organization, multitasking, and stress management skills.
  
  It involves standing, walking, and light lifting, with long hours and weekend shifts expected.
  No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  The environment is a restaurant setting with noise and physical demands.
  The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
