Essential functions include:
- Greeting guests with a cheerful, professional demeanor and maintaining a neat appearance.
- Assisting guests on the waiting list and escorting them to tables, while providing relevant information.
- Managing a digital waiting list and coordinating seating efficiently.
- Performing restroom checks, cleanliness, and restocking supplies regularly.
- Answering phones promptly, handling inquiries, and supporting opening, shift change, and closing duties.
- Keeping the host area organized, sanitized, and well-stocked.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to represent the restaurant's passion for scratch-made cuisine with exuberant personalities and excellent customer service skills.
