- Greet guests, seat them, and ensure smooth handoffs to servers.
- Know the menu to recommend and upsell items.
- Entertain guests during wait times with beverages and tastings.
- Answer phones professionally and assist staff by bussing tables and delivering food and drinks.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Be a team player to create a positive dining experience.
