This position requires a friendly, outgoing individual with strong communication skills, organization, and self-control.
Must be able to stand and move quickly for extended periods, carry up to 35lbs, and understand basic math.
Key duties include welcoming guests, escorting them to tables, providing menus and silverware, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Must monitor the dining area, address guest needs, manage wait times, and perform routine checks.
Assist with server tasks as needed and maintain proper etiquette and procedures.
Knowledge areas include guest service, floor plan, menu, and seating procedures.
