PPL is in search of a Housing First Case Manager for our Single Adult Supportive Housing team. This position provides direct service case management with a focus on helping participants find and keep housing.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing housing case management (assessment, plan development, and monitoring; referrals; coordination and advocacy with necessary resources and benefits), housing tenancy support, and direct service. The preferred candidate will use a person-centered, harm reduction, and housing-first approach to partner with participants from diverse communities who have experienced homelessness and behavioral health challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BSW or MSW candidate looking to gain practice hours and free supervision toward their license requirements.

Salary/Wage: $19.23 - $21.63/hr., DOQ
Temporary remote work available during COVID-19 pandemic.
