<div>Our client, a global producer and distributor of consumer products, is seeking an <strong>HR Generalist</strong> due to an internal promotion.</div><div></div><div>The <strong>Role</strong>:</div><ul><li>Full time, permanent position</li><li>100% on site for six months for onboarding/training<ul><li>2 days remote/3 days on site after</li></ul></li><li>Reports to the VP of HR</li></ul><div></div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong>would include a variety of HR related projects including:</div><ul><li>Recruiting and onboarding</li><li>Employee relations</li><li>Policy creation/compliance</li><li>Handbook updates</li><li>Performance management</li><li>Corporate benchmarking</li></ul><div>The <strong>ideal candidate</strong>:</div><ul><li>BS/BA </li><li>3-5 years of HR Generalist/Coordinator experience</li><li>Working knowledge of:<ul><li>State/Federal employment law</li><li>Recruiting/screening/assessing candidates in a number of disciplines</li><li>HR administration/best practices</li></ul></li><li>MUST be an effective communicator and excellent team player</li><li>Background in industrial, distribution, or retail working environments</li></ul><div><strong>Compensation</strong>:</div><ul><li>Salary range: <strong>$65,000 - $80,000</strong></li><li>Full benefits</li></ul><div></div>
