Title: HubSpot Marketing Automation
Location: Must be local to NJ/NYC to be able to come on-site to client location in fall 2021
Type: 6+ month contract to hire

We are seeking a HubSpot Developer with a heavy focus on Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Data, Lists, Workflows, Analytics and Reporting.
  As a HubSpot Marketing Specialist your main responsible will be leading the effort in the setup, implementation and maintenance of digital marketing strategy on HubSpot. You will be in involved in all aspects of managing customer and prospect data, creating targeted and personalized nurturing campaigns, overseeing and executing day-to-day outbound marketing efforts, developing analysis and reports of outcomes as well as tuning and optimizing strategy and execution on the HubSpot marketing platform. Additionally, you will interface with third party data and tools to execute campaigns and develop a wider range of visibility of the overall digital marketing effort. Business Responsibilities:
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including time sensitive offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Lead marketing product email setup including sophisticated campaign journeys, and overall, day-to-day platform logistics.
  • Assist in all day-to-day marketing operations and projects that arise in relation to the HubSpot platform.
  • Experience and understanding of data privacy laws, and other regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CASL, CCPA, CAN-SPAM.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with marketers (and business development if required) to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into candidates, and continually refine our process to increase registrations.
  • Help maximize the build out the full potential of HubSpot with added features and integrations.
Administration Responsibilities:
  • Lead integration with other marketing tech stack, any platforms, and all third-party applications.
  • Own advanced reports and dashboard creation and management, including Google Analytics. Monitor, review and recommend marketing campaign performance.
  • Manage CRM database, clean up and reporting.
  • Promote HubSpot and train others on the platform and features.
  • Stay current on new features and enhancements on HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Certifications, and proficiency in B2C marketing automation and inbound/outbound marketing strategies to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted candidates.
  • 4+ years of experience in building from scratch, and running sophisticated automation journeys, involving personalized campaign workflows that run globally, and A/B testing.
  • 3-5 years of expert knowledge in HubDB to create database-driven content that can be embedded within websites, landing pages, including building custom modules and dynamic content within HubDB.
  • Excellent communicator and a creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite or Design skills will be a plus.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
