Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who are looking for opportunities with similar specifications to those listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Post, maintain, and refresh job advertisements on various job boards
- Review resumes and direct qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Organize and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and team members
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding checklists for incoming and outgoing employees
- Conduct and monitor outcomes of background checks
- Coordinate various onboarding activities and events
- Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources related files (i.e.: new hire paperwork, job changes, manager changes, promotions, payroll changes, and terminations)
- Assist with employee benefits administration including healthcare, life, disability, and other plans/programs
- Audit and continuously optimize Human Resources processes, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and best practices
- Support the annual employee performance evaluation process
- Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4years of experience in a role related to Human Resources (Administrator, Coordinator, Recruiter, etc.)
- Effective Human Resources administration and people management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
