The Crestview Management LLC is currently seeking an assistant to the Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to oversee these functions for our Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites properties collectively. Familiarity with processing payroll over multiple locations a plus. Paycor experience a plus.
- Assist in Implementing & Administering Compensation and Benefits:
- Strong understanding of both comp and benefits. Leading our annual fall open enrollments.
- Recruitment and employee sourcing:
- This includes posting job ads, following up with candidates and helping maintain our employer brand in the local and national community.
Employee relations:
- Helping assist the Corporate HR and Assistant General Managers in employee disciplinary issues. Helping to create and implement reward programs including but not limited to employee luncheons, incentives and other bonuses.
- Assist Associates' in Learning and Development.
- Assign and track progress for OSHA required computer training.
- Take charge in payroll operations.
- Payroll is done biweekly. Making sure all employees hours worked are coded to the correct property and other compensations are correct.
- As well as any other duties assigned.
