We seek an HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruiting for sports team operations, partnering with managers to attract diverse talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, develop sourcing strategies, and proactively source candidates via multiple channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and coordinate interviews and offers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including events and belonging groups, and coordinate intern programs.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, track recruiting metrics, and participate in career fairs and networking events.
- Build relationships, manage multiple requisitions, and work in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive information.
Requirements include 2-3 years of recruitment experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
