HVAC Service Manager/Operations Manager

We are seeking a Residential Service Manager in Chicago, IL, to lead residential HVAC service operations.

• Oversee daily service activities, manage technicians, and support dispatching
• Enhance scheduling, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalated customer concerns and service agreements
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, and departmental performance
• Drive growth of the residential service division

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in residential HVAC service, strong operational and customer service skills, and the ability to manage field teams in a fast-paced environment.
