We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support operations at our San Antonio, TX HVAC location.
- Receive, unload, and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer.
- Organize inventory and stock materials in designated areas.
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment, including mounting/dismounting.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare shipping labels and outbound documentation.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Follow safety policies, including PPE use.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 0-2 years warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Forklift certification is a plus. Must be dependable, able to work independently or in a team, and comfortable in varying warehouse conditions.
This role requires physical tasks, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.
