The Server role involves delivering exceptional guest service in a stadium or arena setting, working collaboratively in Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments.
Responsibilities include interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction, providing personalized service, serving food and beverages, supporting team members, and performing opening, closing, and side work duties.
Qualifications require being at least 18 years old, with knowledge of food and beverage service, guest relations, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in high-end clubs or restaurants, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
