We are seeking a Full-time Industrial Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, assisting with product selection, quotes, order tracking, and coordinating deliveries.
Requirements include effective communication, multitasking, decision-making skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with CSD software and industrial customer service is preferred.
