Seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to improve layout, process efficiency, and logistics in EV battery manufacturing facilities in Michigan.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and conduct VSM analysis.
- Develop and optimize layouts to enhance productivity.
- Implement lean techniques, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective SOPs and KPIs for processes and personnel.
- Require 3-5 years in industrial engineering within automotive battery manufacturing, proficiency in CAD, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s and certifications preferred.
- Physical ability to move around sites, lift moderate weights, and travel as needed.
