Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Site Development Associate position include:
- B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Urban Planning, or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, planning, or entitlement; industrial real estate experience strongly preferred
- Assess viability of new sites, conduct due diligence on land acquisitions, and manage land use entitlements
- Develop site layouts and collaborate with consultants to ensure functionality and regulatory compliance
- Review and mitigate environmental risks, negotiate protective agreements, and support investment proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff, consultants, and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate with development teams to prepare project budgets, schedules, and entitlement documentation
- Stay informed on municipal regulations and trends to support project feasibility and execution
- Participate in proposal responses and ensure entitlement commitments are aligned with design plans
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a 20% bonus.
